Apple Genius Bar

Apple’s Genius Bar is a place for Apple owners to get help from employees in the Apple retail stores. Web Associates was commissioned to create a scheduling system for the Geniuses to facilitate greater throughput and customer satisfaction at the Genius Bar.

After receiving a design from another member of the Apple Team, I worked closely with a project manager and several engineers to develop the HTML templates for the site. In the process, the interface was fully fleshed out and several icons were created for the in-store kiosks and Genius Bar interface.
