Infonet

Infonet is a networking distributor and supplier, providing custom solutions to their clients. They are a global company, with several branch offices. With such a corporate structure, consistent internal communication becomes very difficult and very important. Infonet approached Web Associates seeking a restructured, redesign intranet.

I received the responsibility of implementing a design generated by another designer on the team. Coding consistency, low-bandwidth consumption, and ease of maintenance were important factors, and so I encouraged the use of XHTML and CSS throughout the site. After getting approval, I worked with another HTML architect to implement many templates that were later handed off to Infonet.
